My son and I had a wonderful day at Simmons home. It was clean, quiet and a great location. It was easy to get to an accessible to many restaurants and local attractions. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The host was really nice and worked with me to get me in the place in time. Allowed me to enjoy my stay with family and friends. Was helpful and communicative. Neighbors were great. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Home was clean, orderly, and overall just nice. I had an amazing time and a great stay. He reached out to me to ask if I had any questions or concerns. What a good time!

This was the second time I’ve stayed in this unit. It’s a great little house if you need a clean, well maintained space in Boca for a family to visit.
